Your presence is always there.
It is hard to realize how it is hard
to keep peace.
You hear the doors slam,
and you recall, when you
had to hide as a child from danger.
Therefore, your years as a toddler,
are the ones you recall the best,
because you feel the danger.
You know that it is yourself,
who is there to lift yourself up.
You know what sacrifce is like,
and you will not sacrifice others,
for the cause you know the best to defend.
It is the love in you, that helps heal the world,
and that gives you peace of mind.
