I went to a Halloween party.

It was a real blast.

There was Frankenstein and Dracula

And a guy with a hockey mask.

The Wolfman was a scream.

The Mummy loved to rap.

And Freddie danced to the Grateful Dead

While wearing a funky cap.

Zombies were exchanging body parts.

Broom Hilda was flying around.

And Uncle Fester glowed with his mouth;

He was really getting down.

There was candy with chocolate eyeballs,

And balloons painted a bloody red.

All in all it was a haunting success.

In the end, the host really knocked them dead.
