A mother is someone to love and cherish

Otherwise you will live to regret the day when she will perish

A mother is the one with whom we build a bond

After she is gone the memories we will have will be so fond

Remember a mother is the one who offers her care

Don’t forget her one day there will be an empty chair

Whilst we were young she was a slave for us 

So treat her with respect and love just because

When we were sick she was a nurse always a cook

She kissed away our pain then read us a book

Some times were tough but food always on the table

A heart off love she had always willing and able

So do not remeber her when you see a ghost

Give her the love she wants when needed most

We all have only one loving mother

So treat her like no other
