Wouldn’t life be so much easier if you could read the other person’s mind?
The sun blushes with hope in her heart,
Wishing they didn’t have to be so apart,
Chasing a dream she knows will come true
Why would she give up on someone like you?
Running around the world in the same direction,
Not looking back, not changing her view of perfection,
Doing everything she can possibly do,
Not realizing the moon feels this way too.
