After this year, I’ll spend my resignation to management. I decided to have some new business as my next step towards my personal success. It’s too risky, I know, but I’ll make sure I will not fail and if that happens, I’ll stand up and try another. I know it’s easy to say things, but I will do my best to do it successfully.

For the next years of my life, I’m looking like one of those people who manage to own a business. It would be difficult at first, but will be manageable, sooner or later. This is another way that I will walk together with some of my colleagues in the future. This will not be easy as I said, but has the promise that one day reach the verge of success and triumph.

This year is my 16th year in business, I am happy and satisfied as well. I was promoted five years ago. I was asked to manage a group of people as Marketing Consultant and I must say that the first years were very difficult position. Challenges me a lot, but finally had the opportunity to make things right. People who were against me in the past were the ones who are helping me now to succeed.

In the past 15 years have been good training for me. The values ​​and the knowledge I have of my stay in the business daily was overwhelming, but still, I manage to learn everything and eventually use it for all the tasks given to me.

The company that I will became my training ground for this next step. I guess everything is instilled in me so there should be no fear or hesitation to try things. After those long years, I guess it’s time for me to have my own company to be a boom in the future.

I am prepared in terms of financial needs of my future business. I think I earned enough savings to establish my own and become one of the budding entrepreneurs. This will not be easy, but I have to try things just to prove to myself that I learned I can make things happen.

With this performance, I’m thinking if it should continue and be part of the company. Not that I’m tired of the routine doing, but I want something new that will feed more my sense of fulfillment, something new that will teach me things that I was not able to learn at this company. I think it’s time for me to go, we’re going to find another way to help me reach another peak of my life.

I’ve been working in a company for almost 15 years. I spent my whole career life working in a company that actually uses my strengths, skills and abilities. I’m happy with how my life turned out. I learned a lot and no regrets entering into this type of environment.
