In the midst of torment our lives are created. That which hurts us and how we react to it is what creates the person that we will become.

A note to a friend

If you have found you and he has found he, what better outcome from all the turmoil could be?

I am glad you found you and shared you with me, what you have become now is a pleasure to me.

The waves of life pound on our shores, carving a new us out of what was before.

The things that came and the things that will come added together become the sum.

The sum of our lives and our potential to grow, this life is ever changing into the future we go!
