When pen meets pad and glides across the page

Everything around me becomes silent and staged

I sit back, and start to think real hard

As thoughts become reality, come straight from the heart

When did this happen, to feel this great passion

All I can think about is new titles and captions

This God given talent is filled with excitement

When I recite thoughts in my mind, I need something to write with

I sit back and smile, after reading these poems

Because I know one day, a lot of people will know them

God has blessed me, He’s at work, its’ exciting

And I have developed “A Passion for Writing”
