Revelation 21: 4, five.
There is most certainly a better world
There must be
A world where there will never exist
The sort of wickedness that leaves mankind
Remorseful, worse for wear, and remiss
As we spin about on this indigo pearl
There will most assuredly one day be
A perfect place
Peaceful, pristine, where every wish
For a world of wondrous purpose and combined
Will be given to man and woman as a gift
For the fatherless child, both boy and girl
Some may ask how really can I be so sure?
That part is easy
Because God has told me and promises this
That if we seek earnestly, then we shall happily find
There will be no need for a bucket or a list
Just wide open arms to grab hold as the blessings unfurl
