I think about this quite a bit

as I sit here lost in thought;

the dream of we upon the sea

a peddle boat or yacht.

The waves are dancing playfully

the sunlight, warm and bright

we venture out beyond the shore

and sail until the night.

You lounge around so happily

releasing all your cares

and I again am with my friend

and glad that you are there.

We sail to points uncharted

as we play among the waves

smiling and relaxing while

our worldly cares are stayed.

And then as we’re returning

you smile and breathe a sigh

and I am so delighted

as we watch the seagulls fly.

So gather up your swimsuit

and pack a simple bag

we’ll venture off together

and just let worries lag.
