Smiles sent along your path, even if your miles away,
may the sun warm your face and dry any tears that stray.
May the wind be at your back and strengthen your attack.
Not an attack of agression mind you
But an attack of all your daily to do.
In hopes that you laugh all along the path that you choose to take, and if you find you have made that mistake
Choose again for life will give you many lessons to learn,
your heart may it always stay hungry and stay foolish with a desire that burns.
So on with the day and know that the seconds are ticking –
we can not buy more time so enjoy the gift God above has given you.
The gift of life, free will and a body built to make a difference.
Two eyes to watch out for trouble ahead or goals to pursue.
Two ears to hear that music of nature and song of joy.
Two hands to hold your child and wife.
To love and to cherish the rest of your life.
Two legs to walk upon and climb over any hill
Two knees to pray upon should your mountain stand still.
One mouth to profess how God has been good to you.
This poem I hope you have enjoyed it comes from the heart,
with inspiration from prayer,
I do every morning with love and great care.
