He’s looking for a job

And a place to stay

He was willing To do anything

That came his way.

He was working two jobs,

One in a restaurant.

He had to find a way,

To help his baby smile.

He went all you need is love

And then put up a show.

He looked to God Above,

And let his feeling show.

He kept his head up to the sky,

Looking at God and asking why.

All he could was look and cry,

And feel his spirit die.

He drappled with drink and drugs,

And became a dog on rug.

He went home to become snug,

But it ate him like a bug.

All he does is cry,

Asking Creation why.

Did his baby have to die.

And he had to tell a lie.

He deserves a second chance,

Not another failed romance.

To have the eternal dance,

Without a second glance.

And be a father to a little child.

Keep your head up to the sky,

You yearning wish is not denied.

Your past well may but have dried,

But you gave all and you have tried.

All you need is love,

And a moment of real fun.

All you need in life is a second chance.
