There are people who exercise, eat low fat foods, do extra activities like crafts to stay fit. There are others who abuse of alcohol, tobacco or herbs thinking that they will feel more comfortable.
Heaven is what you want it to be
good for yourself and for others
and by now you should now be
sure of yourself and understand others
who want to keep their feet to be
enjoying life and helping others
because the sun does not wait to be
taken advantage of so that others
may know that hope and love will always be
there whenever and forever elders
