A Single Tear.

A single tear falls from my eye,
It rolls across my cheek.
I try to hold my feeling back,
I’m afraid to speak.

A single tear of worry,
Slide across my lips.
Not letting my feeling known,
For fear my heart might trip.
~
A single tear of sadness,
Hanging on my chin.
Fear that you won’t love me.
Hurting deep within.
~
A single tear of happiness,
Falling on my chest.
When you said you cared for me,
I knew you were the best.
