Unexpected Happiness.

Yeah, sometimes it happens

you walk through life thinking, I can deal

then WHAM! love comes along

and rearranges all those things you feel

It happened here, in this sad place

light, joy, laughter and happiness arrived

and, silly me, I pulled it close and held

bigpapa now, thriving and no longer deprived

She is light and laughter, hope and love

this beautiful heart that gives out hope like candy

and, silly me, am a junkie for the sweet stuff

my oh my, isn’t this simple smile so elusive yet handy

And the Dawn, that fragrance and warmth of your smile

compelling me to live, love and laugh yet again

Kim, my therapist of love and hope, delight and peace

I give my all to you, forever and to the end.
