Memorial Day

The official start of summer events.

Summer picnics with hamburgers,hot dogs,soda,beer,salt potatoes,flowers.

My wife ask me,What are the flowers for?

For the falling heroes that paid the ultimate price for our freedom.

We complain about the price of gasoline,

What about the price of freedom.

The veterans gave up their limbs and lives and their tomorrows,so we can have a better tomorrow

Soon they will crown a new Amercian Idol.

Our veterians are the true Amercian Idols

It is the veteran not the preacher who gives us the freedom of reglion.

It is the veterian not the reporter that gave us the freedom of the press.

It is the veterian not the poet,who gave us the freedom of speech.

It is the veterian not the campus organizer,who has given us the right to a assemble

It is the veterian.not the lawyer that gave us the right to a fair trial 

It is the veterian.not the polition.who has given us the right to vote.

It is the veterian that has given us a right to salute the flag

It is the veterians that served under the flag.

Let us give thanks to all our veterians for they put the free into freedom.

Lets us give thanks to the young men and womens who serve in todays service no matter where they serve.

Let the Perpetul light shine on all our falling heroes,forever and ever.

Let us all stand hand in hand as proud Amercians. No matter what color of skin or race.

We all belong to the human race.

Let us all be the best we can be
