Our friendship may start oh so many years ago.
Where the days may have gone I really don’t know,
But when I think of all that we’ve said and done,
I stop and smile for all the fun we’ve had.
I hope you know that how much I really do care.
Its friends like you that create a true pair.
I wish I were closer to share in all your happiness;
but be it near or far, I wouldn’t miss
all of the things you are willing share.
