It is not recommended to walk outside in the sunshine before 3pm in the afternoon. There has been a lack of light during the day these last years so there can be some exceptions. The sunlight has a benefic impact on the nerves and the skin and unfortunately those who lighten their skins with products or even by consuming too much skin have a hard time adjusting to this.

and also you can have a nap during the certain

times to feel some rice and calmness that alert

your body in case of danger and so rest certain

that this is monitored because you know the alert

or the sos appeal when your body has reached then

the threshold and so then stay home and we alert
