In Spring, we celebrate Earth Day. Our vows to protect and nourish her are renewed.

The sound of a dove calling from deep within the verdant woods

The smell of fresh black earth, refreshed by the morning dew.

These are the things that draw me closer to Mother Earth

To be nourished and renewed.  To live again in Spring

After a long, dark sleep beneath a crystal blanket of white.

Our vows are renewed as we step across the threshold

Of a new beginning.

We will protect her and nourish her, so that she can continue

To offer us shelter.
