Everyone will not make it to heaven.

Everyone who calls on their Lord will not get into heaven. They have to obey him and get their life together. Judgement day people will call on the Lord but it’s too late then. The old saying is “give me my flowers”
while I’m alive. I can’t do nothing with them when I’m dead. So, you should live the righteous life while living don’t ask for him when you on your death bed.

Certainly won’t call upon the Lord on Judgement Day, but I’ll make a few calls with some of my relatives when the time comes…

if you want to get into heaven..and you beleive its real then you have to follow your religion TOTALLY not just pick and choose what things to beleive..

if greed is a sin – take a pay cut

if gambling is wrong – dont play the lottery…

if technology is evil – get off the internet

if gluttony is a sin – dont be fat

if you do your research you will see that in the past SOME things have been changed to suit the times.. that is total BS you need to follow the old and original laws, not the new fancy updated ones – example the sin of Lust use to be the sin of Luxury… but that was changed.. sell your dang fancy clothes and cars if you REALLY want to get into heaven.. and give your money to the poor if you REALLY beleive…

My message was to everyone who thinks they are getting to heaven but picking and choosing what rules to follow.. not to the writer of this poem in particular…

I believe if you tried to live a righteous and peaceful life you have a good chance of getting to heaven. Follow another path and your chances are very slim. Food for thought. Good post!

Heaven is not a reward for being good, but a reward for being a good person.

You must repent of your sin and be born again!
Jesus must be your saviour and Lord!

The best selling fictional book of all time the Bible. I believe in friendship and love and honour. You don’t need to be judged to know if your doing right or wrong why don’t you know yourself? Nice work though thought provocing. LB

No doubt everyone has to live his life as he pleases. Each one is responsible for their actions.

It is indeed a poignant warning! I will need to check myself because honestly I take this warning seriously. Recently I saw a man in his death bed accept Jesus Christ, I asked myself the question, did he go to heaven? I also remembered the thieves and murderers that were crucified with m y Lord Jesus on the same day, one was repentant even when he knew death had come, Jesus made him a promise of eternal life there an then, could repenting on a death bed be truly too late? A nice spiritual post here.

The argument is true! However He accepts the last repented prayer. Although we may have no fruit to bear in His name. That´s up to Him! But we had better living doing His will to get the likeness of His son.

Will I make it to Heaven?
Am I able to get it by doing something worth of deserving God´s approval?
I won´t have wings by obeying!
I will be taken, If He wants to bring me home…
Religion saves no one, but His Loving Grace!

    Psalms 1:1-3

I wish I could write about the fullness of the Bible…

When I look at the world–I see that the good is bad and that the bad is good. Now, Brainstorm, with your Brain-Child scale–
tell us who gets Heaven! Only you–Love–With your too good self? Right! And, loneliness found you after all.

God decides who goes to heaven no one else. Live a good life, follow the ten commandments ( which are good basic laws for any civilized society) and treat ALL people with respect. Let God be the judge of their sins and worry about your own.

By the way, this was Christ’s real message (Read the sermons on the mound) His message was just subverted by men for power, personal glory and wealth.

Even if you don’t believe Christ was the son of God his message was not one of hate or intolerance, but of caring and forgiveness. Those of you who call yourselves, Christians should remember that.

Do not to judge or hate. Be forgiving, love and respect those you think sin because your hope is that one day God will forgive you.
