If you don’t like yourself

How do you expect others to 

It would be so difficult

To build up your cards

To reach your goal

And to find happiness.

For every wind blows

Life comes up with something good

You’ll end up with your tantrums

After all you don’t deserved the best thing

Nor you deserved anything

It’s a vicious circle.

 You have to count your blessings

Friends , family , relationship , luxury

Just as grateful as the deprived one

But first , you have to put an end

Bringing down self

Lowering self esteem

Reach for the stars , 

Smile and never frown.

Sometimes people whom we expect

To love and accept  are not around

And often leaving us in middle of battle

Feeling worthless , 

Broken wings and losing  self esteem.

It is tough , so tough

Self esteem isn’t about the opinion  of others

It’s about what YOU think.

You can’t buy self -esteem

Or expect it from others

You feel wonderful

When others appreciate you

Or if given  lots of attention

Then, no second thought , 

You’ll end up always in trouble,

Because it doesn’t matter how many friends

You may seek approval from

The one that really matters  is you..

You like it or not 

You need to accept  yourself..

…accept the you in you !
