Why does society accept one and deny the other
Is it because one is better
Why do children accept some playmates and
taunt another
Is it because they fear the other  is
smarter
Why does acceptance have to be based on race, creed or color
Why can’t I be accepted for character, caring  and haste
Acceptance is it earned or are we priviledged to it
In a society  that seems to only accept the haves and prey on the
have nots  it’s essential  we accept ourselves
and not deny our right of self priviledge
for we all hold the right of passage intertwined
in both
I have the right therefore I own the priviledge
to be
accepted
