Why won’t you leave me alone?

You raving beast, gnawing

On my gums

Digging through raw flesh

To strike the lower mandible

Your poison speads to my ear

And burns down my neck

You cause my nightmares of

Men in white

And their fingers of

Metal drills

They hunger to dive into my mouth

You rip away

The cool veil of sleep

And with no mercy

You push me out of bed

Oh how you torture me

And make my cheek inflate so!

My dear toothache

Tonight you’re such a jerk

But thank God for Advil

We’ll see who survives tonight
