A small poem describing the pain of being childless and the joy of giving life to an orphan.

Sara was recently infected with a

series of new diseases; called the ION disease

Frustration,irritation and confusion

was the parasite that was sucking her life blood everyday.

not letting her breath with ease.

She got pale day by day

Nightmares became a part of her life.

All her efforts to work better turned sour.

Drawing curtains of black;around her

She killed herself inside the radiating heat.

All that her mind digested was becoming a mother.

Walking past schools and child care centres

served as her breakfast every morning.

Those naughty ,innocent blooms energised her

Their laughter and duck walk was the only medicine

that gave her the day’s strength.

Treatments and prayers never showed a response.

Her hands were shivering to feel a life

Eight years; has been too long a wait.

Then a day emerged when Sara and her family

decided to enlighten their house

with a young soul;who was god’s most loved child.

She was three months old

As pretty as an angel

Her crystal eyes radiated love

Her toothless smile sprinkled a dust of magic

She was the most beautiful life on earth.

Spreading love with her

Sara gave her breath for an orphan to breathe

Can there be a better purpose to life?

Poem looks very simple , neat and prompt.
Rhyming word could have been used to make to poem much better to read.

What a wonderful thought. There is no bigger joy than in giving.
