Is it bad when I close my eyes

And he is all I see

He knows who i was

And who I could be

He doesn’t just see me as that teen mom

He sees me for who I am, Just me

Every time I see him I smile deep inside

He doesn’t judge me

He doesn’t tell me lies

He knows how to light up my day

When I’m upset, mad, or crying

He knows just what to do and say

He makes and situation better

I don’t know what I do without him here day by day

Wondering how long it will be

Before in his arms I can lay

And fall asleep with a smile

And wake to another wonderful day.
