Ever felt alone in a crowded place?

They’re over 6 billion people in the world today

All crowded, pushing and shoving

And amongst that whirling swirling mass;

Is you.

Look around you…

See the people swarming, jostling

The guys, girls, lovers, friends

And in the middle; you.

How do you expect to be found?

Between the loved and the lost

Surrounded by people,

And yet, still alone

Stranded in the centre,

Close and separate together

Your individuality useless

For in our uniqueness, we’re all the same.
