This poem is about being fooled by a fool who is in love with a demon, and although they are devious (the fool, that is) they are hurting.

You are perfect in my eyes
icons and idols of self confidence
dancing to the music of the devil
you are what we don’t need
lies and doubt of a perfect world
that will never be
you got us all fooled

You are in love with a heartless demon
oh but she is pure beauty
she is a soul sucker from the devious world

And now you wear a mask
and you are lost in the lies
I finally know the truth
I don’t love you anymore
you should be ashamed
you betrayed me
you are not real
you are the fool
who fooled me

Yet somehow,
your fake heart is bleeding

sounds an awful lot like evanescence’s “everybody’s fool”.
maybe you need to think twice about who’s trying to fool who, and who’s pretending to be something they’re not… :/
