I’m a well known celebrity beyond God and Satan.

Ive never worn a tuxedo or walked the red carpet,

but everyone knows my name around the world.

My schedule is a very busy one all year round,

like father time I never get to go on a vacation.

My book of appointments is never empty at all,

people are dying to get their names in my book.

I never get to wear yellow,blue ,orange or green,

just your basic black is all I have worn for centuries.

My ragged hood covers my world famous thin face,

Skeletor in the Masters of the Universe is my brother.

You would swear I keep my hands in a cold freezer,

my bony hands has forever possessed a cold chill.

The scythe I carry looks as if its a bit dangerous,

but I really don’t need it. to get your whole attention.

For when I come for you its your time to go with me,

you can fight it or just willingly follow me quietly.

Step into my ancient boat to begin your journey,

for now you have left your life as you once knew it.

Be judged on what you did while you were living,

for now you will pay for your actions while alive.

Maybe you will be in heaven or even go to hell,

but you know you serve your fate for an eternity.

But this is the end of line for life as you knew it,

but for me my job still has to be done all over again.

So I delete your name off my appointment book,

board my ancient boat to pick up another soul.

For my name is Death sometimes the Grim Reaper,

I am the one who gets you when your life is over.

My job will never change as long as man exist,

my small ancient boat will never get any rest.
