Drunk as a skunk actions of an idiot of a punk
Thinking I’m looking good being so misunderstood
Looking like a toad with a dunce hat/cap standing bent legged on a high-chair stool
Actions of a foolish acting fool
Marking the “V”/five in the hip hopping lively jive of a place
With a couple of BFF friends we traveled to a different dimension
One full of negativity awful smelling and talking demons
Out of my body no more party heart-to-heart-hearty kind of party
For I’m now drunk as a skunk actions of an idiot of a punk
All because I decided to be a glutton and now I represent nothing but a lost soul to behold
Another page in life’s story that must unfold
Off almost as soon as I’m out the market-mark getting five from the starting-gate trying not to be late traveling in my oh please as I please at one hundred eight no thought of my true fate
Thank You LORD for sending your angel in the form of a police officer willing to travel a hundred eight plus to stop me on a dime
Before I commit a crime that promises some community and possibly jail time
All because I was as drunk as a skunk revealing actions of an idiot of a punk
So I see and understand the high priced-ticket to know I know the ticket is not a wicked act
As a matter of fact it all was an our Father in heaven heavenly act to be exact
So thank you as your trembling hands that handed me the speeding ticket which was not wicked but needed to be to stop me from speeding
Arriving home safely singing songs while traveling home with one more pain to name in this my warped out time zone
Up-chucking my guts while my stomach felt like trucking to ease on down the road
All a part of what had to flow from the foul bowel of my up-chucking-buckling-gut
All because I was as drunk as a skunk revealing actions of an idiot of a punk
Thank You our Father in heaven aka God/Yahweh for sending your “son” to carry me to lift me to hold me to keep me when I needed to be
