Written after years of teasing and name calling.

Am I different? Tell me how. If I am, I can not see.
Am I different? Tell me now.
What is the differencebetween you and me?

Am I different? Tell me today.
What is wrong with me?
I’d like to know what you have to say.
How am I suppose to be?

Am I different? Let me know.
If I am; that’s too bad!
I’m not going tofeel really low.
I’m not going to feel sad.

Am I different? I can’t change my walk. I can’t change my bounce.
I’m not different; no matter how I talk.
It’s what’s inside that counts.

You sound pretty normal to me. We all think we are different. Maybe you could just think of yourself as unique instead.
