America the free,

A leader to follow;

The land of the brave,

In pride we do wallow.

Pride, is it wrong?

To be proud of great progress?

But all is God’s work,

Children of God,

We should know this.

Not perfect, but flawed;

From our Congress to our laws,

But trust in the Lord and all His ways;

This is how our country can stay.

A country needs God,

America is no exception;

God will see our country through,

But only through His great affection.
