Once again many you people became so gallant

And came forward to display their singing talent

Some perhaps feeling very overwhelm but the occasion

Failed to impress the judges on this first audition.

This process went through a lot of the states

So many  aspirants got the opportunity to 

participate

Though many tried their best, but were instantly stopped

And felt badly, as they out of the race dropped.

There were some, who by listing to that first rendition

One could see the potential, and predict the direction.

This when my impression, when I heard the singing of Scotty

He was my instant pick, to be in the final three.

Now the time came for the  contest to  begin

This time efforts were made to tie up those loose ends

Therefore exports were consulted, to assist in those departments

To sort of those areas in which the contestests were deficient.

Some members of the group, displayed some form of versatility

Departed for the way a song was done, not traditionally

Moving from that comfort zone, imparting a touch of their own

Even if it means, being eliminated and being sent home.

This not being the custom, paid the price for such

But to many people  this should count for very much

Because in all honesty, this is the way it should go

As this should add some variety to the show.

But as stipulated, after a perform ace someone must go

And ones existence, in not determined by the judges’ say so

So the contestant, sit and await perhaps tense and perplex

Know that fate is determined, but that of a text.

Then the moment came down to the last three

Two very lovely and beautiful young ladies and Scott

Haley lovely smile and good voice, but very adventurous

Took her chances, knowing full well this could be dangerous.

The songs selected were done by three sources, independently

And they had to sing song and again had to sing three.

Lauren’s voice beautiful and really held her notes

Delivery was such, that only her voice promotes.

Haley went out on a limb, but sang so wonderfully

But as always was not afraid to show some versatility

Scotty’s deep voice, he controlled it well and had that contrast

But on many left that effect, one that will last.

When Haley went it was ON Lauren and Scotty

Two of the youngest finalists the Idol so far see

Lauren as always sang so beautifully and pulled out all the stops

But Scott too was at his best and the standard never drops.

Then after we all know what comes next

A record number of votes were cast by the text

Over a hundred million, the winner was Scotty

For variety and versatility, this was the best American Idol show to see.
