Taking after “A White man’s Burden” by Rudyard Kipling.
Take up America’s burden and feel the burning hate
That we shall need get rid of before it’s too late
For the guns and tanks bid our hippies cease
And we ship our sons to Iraq only to show hem there’s no peace
Take up America’s burden for it causes too much grief
As we comb the foreign sands for proof
of our terrorist slash thief
Our sores are wide and open and yet we lick them clean
And bark to all the nations America is king!

Take up America’s burden You dare not stoop to less
Don’t brag too much of freedom and show your weariness
By all you do or say by all you leave or spew
the silence of thier people shall weigh on god and you
Take up America’s burden And criticize our reign
because surely if he were impeached we shall not mistake again
And when this war be over and when we’re all but done,
let the seven seas acknowledge America’s still number one!
