This is dedicated to my loving mother and to all widows and widowers out there who kept on celebrating their wedding anniversaries.

I’m spending again our anniversary without you
For you are no longer here by my side.
I know you are happy where you’re right now,
And somehow that eases the pain in my heart.
Still I kept on celebrating this day
To remember all the moments we had.
I thank God for this special blissful day
One summer day when we tied the knot.
I wonder if you’re looking from way up there
As I took a slice of our anniversary cake.
I want you to know that I love you so
And that I am missing you so much.

Even after my dad was gone my mother never forgot their anniversary. I think I will be the same way if I am left behind. This is your last read forward for night. I am getting tired. I will try and do more as much as I can. So remember not to only read new post but try to read at least one forward for each new one. Good night, my friend, Pam

Loved ones such as you share here are missed forever. What a good tribute to post this.
