The profession of cook can be considered as the profession of an artist. You have to know how to mix food, wines and desserts for example. France and Italy are number one in the productions of wines with Bordeaux in France and the the red wines of Italy taking the lead. So wine is vin in French, vino is Italian and because Austria is the center of the hospitality business Wien its capital in German means wine in English.
Why should we live the red wines
that we made sweet and the grapes
that we liked to eat to have wines
from time to time when we eager for grapes
for that is what we we were the wines
that grew in the South we all the grapes
we can eat are the food that as wines
nourish during the times when the grapes
are missing the sunshine from the wines
and of course we dare control their grapes?
