Officers are usually military personnel. The armies ensure there is enough security in a given country or they have to intervene. Therefore, the army has to prevent any disorder by using weapons.
There is always a dilemma when you have
to embrasse a career either to be simply married
or marry an officer who will make you have
dreams of all sorts on how the world is worried
about the future and where the populations have
to go to bring more food and material carried
by ship and planes and decide of what we have
for that is the way they were once married
