An Ordinary Marriage

I know of a marriage

The girl’s mom

Came from the south

The pop jumped

In from north

The bride was in the heart of the city

Her spouse was in a hurry

He flew in from Paris

And

Then they got together

In Sheraton Morris

And guests

Flew in from Kuwait

No one had to wait

They cut the wedding cake then

The groom’s best friend

First kissed the bride

There was nothing left

For anyone else to pride

The friend ran away

With the lovely bride

An Indian Film marriage

Oh what a ride!

Interesting… Where are the friend and the bride now? And what happened to the groom?

Very good poem on marriage. My own marriage was also very ordinary. I have written on “weeding in my community”. Please go through and make your beautiful poem.
