Sometime things are done that can’t be reversed.

When I met you I knew it was to good to be true,
why would someone like you look at ordinary me?
But I took it as a good sign and never regretted it,
for you was exactly what I needed at that moment.

But it didn’t work out despite mine and yours efforts,
in the end its okay and has learned to live with it.
But as i was at work typing a report for my boss,
a dozen red roses was delivered by a local florist.

As beautiful as they are i really don’t want them,
for your card said everything but yet said nothing.
You wrote you still loved me and made a mistake,
cant we get past all this and start all over again?

When are you going to learn a heart is not a toy,
they have plenty of those at Walmart in any city.
You should have told me things wasn’t going right,
cheating on me with my best friend wasn’t to cool.

I cant hold all men responsible for what you did,
for not all men are not like you and i am very glad.
There is a good one out there and i will find him,
and you will wind up being the loser in this game.

So I kept the flowers and wrote you a thank you note,
thanking you for letting me know what was important.
That i didn’t need a cheating mate or the tears either,
but thank you anyway for the roses and the lessons.

P.S..You forgot one thing on your note and your roses,
you didn’t say you was sorry so i will take it you aren’t.
But good luck on your next conquest and remember,
what you do unto others always comes back to you.

Sounds like this guy was a total dog-not to insult dogs.

This is great and powerful. No one deserves to be treated that way and many repeatedly go through it. I hope this helps others they can be strong and can do better.
