The rivers run and the rice

grows to cover the ground

of white.

The green covers the rice,

which turns blue or red,

to the touch of the hand.

The rice will not be lost,

there will be more food,

and the bowl will do the rest.

So, the rice covers our body,

and gives us more energy,

because the light can enter.

The rice opens us to more light,

so that we can feel the energy,

calm our bodies ready to react.
