Going through the different phases of ending a relationship.

On that cold Christmas night while in bed I was tucked tight,

you broke my heart and didn’t care you gave up the fight.

How you did this to me I don’t understand,

on a holiday so special but this was your plan.

Forever I will remember what you did on this day,

and never again will trust come my way.

At first I was hurt, sad, and confused,

but now the anger has set in and your the one to loose.

I don’t understand what happened to you,

you left me high and dry and didn’t give me any clues.

When you speak to me now it is different somehow,

the passion you held for me is gone you left without bow,

Your an uncaring lier and a great big jerk,

you didn’t treat me well you just yelled and lurked.

I don’t know  how anyone could be so damn cruel,

especially when you have made me just a fool.

Good luck in your misery because without me you will dwell,

you have put me through more than my share of hell.

What a rotten thing to do to you, especially at Christmas. A very well expressed poem.

I am so sorry you had to go through such a terrible ordeal. You are much better off without him. I will pray for you.

He did you a favor. Anyone who could be that cruel doesn’t deserve such a caring individual. You will do better.
