Here goes another game, in which they fall,

Sometimes on the ice they’ll be in a brawl,

Now the home fans came away disappointed,

Wonder if any player is double-jointed?

As the guys work to figure things out,

Trying to get around this drought,

Fans wonder how long this will last,

Sure winning the cup was a blast.

No one is giving up on succeeding,

While the captain is still leading,

Each one always knows their job,

At the end, it can look like a shish-kabob.

There is still time to turn things around,

And in the end could still get crowned,

The fans kept cheering loudly for the team,

They sure have not given up on that dream.
