Here’s another new dashboard feature,Top referring sites.

Didn’t expect Top Referring Sites

As another new dashboard feature

But glad to know which site helps a lot

With these new features from Triond

We learn things, we don’t know about

From my zigzagging line on Visit Trends

To this bar graph of top referring sites

What would be the next big surprise?

Will you be glad, if it’s a graph about

Friends who comments the most?

I don’t know if I’m glad about the new feature. They keep loading stuff on the site, it makes it look congested. I hate the video that was embedded on the main page.

    Nice work Dee.
While it was there it reminded me of where I’d posted some of mine!

I know that I have not been involved with Triond for long – but I just do not understand the new graph – which sites are referring and from where?

What is this – top referring site. Surely, it has not been implemented. You mean, it’s one of those most desirable elements you’d like to have?

I don’t like the imbedded video, It keeps popping up and covering the page. It’s very irratating. I don’t understand about the graph.

  • Debra. on Apr 7, 2009

I agree with, Ruby. I find that video to be a nuisance. Nice work, Dee.

The referrers graph, -short-lived as it was, was probably a beta-test. -It shows where the inbound traffic to your work in the previous month has been coming from. Not surprisingly, StumbleUpon showed the highest with all the other referrers being barely registered other than a very thin bar-line (representing perhaps under 20 views from each site respectively, in my particular case but with thousands showing for Stumble.)

Some of the new features are nice, other’s not so nice. I don’t really like the trend bar. It just takes up room.

  • rutherfranc on Apr 7, 2009

I actually, find this feature a bit annoying. A little like a pop up ad for me. Good little bit about it though.

  • DA Cournean on Apr 8, 2009

Thank you Triond for the new graph which we most likely can do without. How about a raise instead????????????

  • S A JOHNSON on Apr 9, 2009
