The reductions go as deep as $300 under initial release pricing. This discount is going to be available until supplies last conforming to BGR and supplies are said to be very limited for iPad 1 Wi-Fi + 3G models.

AT&T themselves have available a 16GB Wi-Fi + 3G for $429 and a 64GB Wi-Fi + 3G model for $529. The price for the 64GB is noted as being an online only price.  Also if you were wondering about the 32GB WI-Fi + 3G model it’s already sold out and it’s previous discounted price has been taken over by the 64GB model just mentioned.
