Well here we are at Friday, July 31st
Yesterday was a really good day
It didn’t rain though it was very hot
And I was able to get my errands done and out of the way.

Today so far the sky’s overcast
The air feels thick and muggy
I’m having a quick little early break
As I’m very confident in what’s to be.

I feel pretty good I slept quite well
Though my kids got me up earlier than planned
Food and water are fresh, all boxes cleaned
I feel the day may just be grand.

My computer’s all set
My work’s laid out
So Let’s let this day begin
As my mind holds no doubt.

A day filled with confidence
Combined with feeling good
Where everything goes right
Or at least as it should.

For it’s calmer now
Than it’s been in days
So it’d sure be wonderful
If this is how it stays.

I know the sun is nice
And that the clouds can make us blue
But the way all feels right now
Should be an easy day to get through.
