Dig deep to find your strength.

When you are down, but not quite out,

Holding on with a weakened grasp,

Don’t think about falling,

Think hard, about moving higher.

Try to see yourself, finding,

A much better space, in a

Much stronger place.

Your fortitude will start to grow,

Your faith will surely increase.

There is a fighter deep inside,

That will show itself,

Letting you know that,

You may be down now,

But you are definitely not out.

No, you are never out while you’re living, you must drag yourself up again and again in the course of a lifetime.
