Baked fish with soy sauce is tasty recipe.

Ingredients;

6 slices mackerel, sea bass, etc. (2 pounds)

½ tbsp freshly ground black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tbsp lemon juice

Procedure:

Wash and dry the fish; rub with a mixture of the pepper and garlic. Place in an oiled baking dish. Bake in a 375 degree oven 10 minutes.

          Mix together the oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour half the mixture over the fish; bake 10 minutes. Turn fish; add remaining soy mixture and bake 10 minutes longer, basting frequently.

Serves 6.
