A poem about a blue light in a basement.
I sit staring at it’s magnificence
Wondering endlessly what it could be
The aura gives off a pleasant sense
If I understood, I would be free
Lost, cold, and alone, I stare
The aqua light beckoning me in
I muster up all the strength I can bear
And walk straight to what’s within
Suddenly, I feel so warm
The scenery starts to change
My basement appears to be free form
I fear I am now deranged
But alas, what I see is the sight of you
And all is perfectly clear
That light, somehow, apparently knew
Where I wanted to be is here.
