Sometimes things work out for reason? Your my idol, Abbi!
Lying in that hospital bed,
Scared to say she lay almost dead.
At the age of twelve I worried,
I was young and feeling discouraged.
Your the idol and the angel I adore;
My big sister I want to spend time with more.
I prayed for angels to protect you and keep you from harm,
I sat, bedside, tearful and motionless holding your arm.
It was a week later til’ you returned,
Simple tasks were an issue but you soon learned.
Your a normal but still fragile human being,
Look at what impact I’m seeing.
Abbi; although you live so far away,
Your my sister and that will stay.
