This is the first poem I have written in a while, hope you like it.

The light shines down upon you.

reflecting golden fire from your skin.

Your long tresses a waterfall of sunshine,

Shades of amber,hints of brass.

You turn your head just slightly,

The beauty of your face consumes me.

I would look into your crystal eyes forever.

You smile at me, my heart swells and my soul flies.

I do not fear death for I have found Heaven, here ,with you…
