They took over the water dish. Drank their water and hung out on the edge for awhile. Interesting how all the wild animals respect each other. Something we humans should learn.

There was a commotion at the water dish

Chipmunks hesitate to crawl

Birds faltering in flight then pass

I grabbed the binoculars to see

The uproar, bustle that could be

There by the water border

Buzzing away, the bee’s

Crept up lined by the perimeter

Quenching their thirst

Surprised I watched at this sight

Bee’s drink water too!!!

All living creatures must have water. As your poem points out, water is a wonderful thing.
