This poem is about the beauty of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and
how it sprinkles its beautiful sparkles on the deceased Maimuna!

Beethoven’s  Moonlight  Sonata  Sprinkles  Its  Sparkles  on   the  Deceased

She was as beautiful as Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata.

She  was  fine  textured  as  the  undulating  waves  of  Moonlight  Sonata.

Sparkles of the moonlit nights fell on to the grey hair of the deceased Maimuna.

Maimuna was beautiful and saintly looking as she lay in her casket!

Persephone, the Greek Goddess of Death took her into her arms.

Her grey hair sparkled and shined as her body lay with rigor mortis.

Cold air touched her skin.

As she lay in her casket, I gave her a last kiss and her cold skin sent shivers down my

spinal column.

With that last kiss, I knew I would never see her again.

I now knew that the warmth of my house was gone forever!

However, the invisible perfume of her spirit will forever embalm my entire being!

She was melancholic and dignified as Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata.

Her aura was filled with a halo of pastel colors as that of the blue halo that encompasses

Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata.

She left the earthly world leaving traces of her wonder as she crossed the path of the earth!

She had been quite an innocent lady with hues of loneliness emanating from the skin and body.

I was always afraid in my childhood that some day I was going to loose her!

And the time arrived that I lost the beautiful and innocent Maimuna.

She  had  been  my  melody, my  Moonlight  Sonata!

I know she was as sublime and beautiful as Beethoven’S Moonlight Sonata!

And she exited from the world like Moonlight Sonata with a gracious melody resembling

the melodious serenades of the nightingale.

Sweet Maimuna, memories of your existence will forever occupy the nooks and crannies of my

mind.
